We’re making improvements to our Drive-Thru on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. For your convenience, a lane will remain open for most of the day, but both lanes may be unavailable for a brief period.
Watch for upcoming Drive-Thru updates on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. While it will be an all-day installation, only one lane will be closed at a time, and it shouldn’t impact your transactions.
Improvements you’ll see:
The tubes themselves will not change, but a new TV monitor will be added to the tubing. A two-way video system will now be used while communicating with your teller. The system is designed for a more personable, enjoyable experience and will assist us with verifying your identity for added security.
You’ll also see messages on the monitor (similar to our lobby TVs) during downtime or waiting for your teller. This will help you keep up to date on new products and announcements.
We’ll update the audio as well to help filter unwanted background noise. Another significant benefit is our ability to assist both lanes simultaneously, which should shorten any wait times.
