We’re proud to have served you in 2021, and we’re grateful for your patience as we continue to navigate residual pandemic challenges. We’re also proud of our staff, who pulled together to serve you throughout an ever-evolving situation. As we return to a closer-to-normal life, we’re excited to fulfill all your financial needs.

It’s been good to see you and serve you in person. But we’re finding many of you have navigated permanently to our online options, including Online Banking and our convenient Mobile App. Not only do you save time while saving trips to our office, but you can also rest easy with an array of secure, full-service remote banking options. If you haven’t yet, we encourage you to take advantage of our online options for convenience.
No matter how you prefer to bank, know that we care about you as an individual and will continue to work diligently to serve you, whether it’s remotely, by phone, or in person. Our not-for-profit, cooperative philosophy continues to make us unique as we connect and assist you in the ways you prefer.
Charitable giving is essential.
Serving the community and assisting those less fortunate are core values at Frist United Credit Union. We’re honored to provide resources that support the causes close to our city, volunteers, and staff. We support the Buck Creek Run, Hispanic Chamber, Be Nice, Angel Tree, Devos Children’s Hospital, Kids Food Basket, and Hand2Hand. Employees are also active, donating more than $1,500 with the credit union matching all gifts, totaling over $3,000.
In October, we celebrated Credit Union Day with a visit by the Underground Cookie Club and held a drawing for a set of JBL headphones. We also had a chance to visit with members and enjoy the camaraderie integral to the credit union movement.

A strong service culture starts by knowing you — our members. And it begins by listening and understanding your challenges and aspirations. If you’re not using us to your fullest potential, please consider all of our excellent services.
