My Virtual StrongBox – You gain the peace-of-mind of a safe deposit box with the convenience of online storage services. You can rest easy knowing your receipts, statements, and other credit union info will be stored safely in the cloud with access in Online Banking. Files will be backed up and safe from prying eyes. Call us, and we’ll get it set up for you.

Remote Deposit Capture – It’s one of the most convenient features of mobile banking. Simply snap a picture of your check with your smartphone, and with a simple swipe, your check is deposited. It’s fast, easy, and completely private. There’s no need to run into the office to interrupt your summer fun. Make your deposit right from your phone!

eSignatures – Close your loans, sign for your new accounts, and more with new eSignatures. Now you can handle all your business, from beginning to end, right from the comforts of home.

eStatements – They’re convenient, better for our earth, and reduce your chance of identity theft. It’s a win-win with eStatements. Plus, you avoid a paper statement fee!

Enroll in eStatements:

  • Call us at 616.532.9067, email info@FirstUnitedCU.org, or use our Web Chat feature to get started. Request eBanking (Online Banking, Direct Deposit, eStatements, and eNotices).
  • Next, visit www.FirstUnitedCU.org.
  • Log into Online Banking via the “ItsMe247” icon.
  • Click “Accept the Online User Agreement” (This step is IMPORTANT; you will be enrolled only after you click “ACCEPT”).
