Security and convenience were the key features we improved. The tubes have not changed, but a new TV monitor has been added to the tubing. A two-way video system is used to communicate with your teller for a more personable, enjoyable experience and verify your identity. The audio has also been enhanced to help filter unwanted background noise.
You’ll see messages on the monitor (similar to our lobby TVs) during downtime or waiting for your teller. This will help you keep up to date on new products and announcements.
