Updated 6/15/20: With the “stay at home order” being lifted and things going back to somewhat of a normalcy we want our members to feel safe knowing that we are doing a phased opening of our lobby. Even though Mobile Access, Appointments and our Drive-Thru are still recommended at this time we are excited to announce our Phased lobby opening process.

 

Phase I, June 15:

Phase I will consist of a soft opening. Outside closed sign will be removed from the front door and will allow members into the lobby while still encouraging appointments. The opening of the lobby will not be marketed at this time.

Phase II, June 29:

Marketing will go out to the membership stating that the lobby is fully open, and our normal services are available. Still encouraging appointments, drive-thru and mobile access for everyone’s safety.

We are still recommending that our members use our digital tools for their banking needs during this time. Members can access their account(s) 24/7 through both Online Banking and Mobile Banking to check balances, transfer funds, pay bills, deposit checks, find an ATM, and much more. The First United Mobile app is available for free in both the App Store as well as the Google Play Store.

  • RDC (Remote Deposit Capture)
  • Online and Mobile Banking
  • Call us by phone for transfers and payments

First United also offers Person-to-Person to send money to people they know and trust through Bill Pay. If members would like to open an account or apply for a loan, applications are available at Online.

Members can also access CU*Talk Automated Telephone Banking to check their balance, transfer funds, and more at 888.860.5704.
