Special Merger Vote:

We’ll hold a special merger vote during the Business Meeting, requesting your approval on the proposed merger between First United CU and Northcentral Area Credit Union. Only Primary Members who joined prior to April 1, 2023, are eligible to vote. Our attorney will be on hand to collect the ballots.

We encourage members to participate in person and place their vote. A mailed ballot for the merger will also be sent to all Primary Members’ homes.

Note: Your last paper ballot submitted will be the only one to qualify and all ballots need to be mailed with the return envelope if voting prior to the meeting. Ballots can not be accepted in the credit union, but will have extras at the credit union if needed.

Running for our Board of Directors, the nominated candidates are:

Randy Baker- Retired Realtor

• 43 years at the Credit Union
• 33 years on the Board of Directors

Laurie Hull- Retired from Benteler

• 44 years at the credit union
• 29 years on the Board of Directors
• 29 years on the Loan Committee
